I *May* Have a Problem.
We aren't pregnant or actually "trying" to get pregnant yet, and this is my pile of baby clothes. What the heck is going to happen when we are actively trying to make a baby? I'm going to go crazy buying things! My box of baby items is getting fuller and fuller. In the past 3 days I have purchased 14 onesies and a skirt & leggings combo..total spent $24.00. That's a crazy deal. Now, in my defense 5 onesies are gifts, and those have been excluded from the picture above.
I think it is pretty much impossible to deny I have baby fever. And it's getting higher.

Sista.
This post is all about my sister, or Sista as we call each other. I have a bond with my sister like nobody else on the planet. I feel so blessed to have such an amazing relationship with her. My sister has been there for me when nobody else has. She has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life. She knows me like nobody else does. We can finish each other's sentences and often times say the same random thing at the exact same time.
Not only is my sister just my sister but she really is my best friend. I pray that when T and I have children if we are blessed with a girl I pray we have two so they can experience what I have with my sister. My mom always told us "there is no bond like the one you have with your sister. Friends will come and go but your sister will always be by your side", and she could not have been more right.
My sister far more than just a rad individual but she is talented at just about everything. Seriously EVERYTHING (except sports). It often times makes me sick. She is awesome at photography and hopefully one day soon I will be her studio manager! I cannot wait to see her business begin and I know she will thrive. She is also an incredible craft-er! She can make something awesome out of nothing. She spent so much of her free time making special little touches for my wedding. I have her to thank for so many aspects of my wedding. She is a great chef. Anything and everything she cooks turns out well. Seriously. She can cook, bake, flambe, grill...you name it, she can do it. She is a wonderful daughter and I'm positive my parents will back me up on this one. She always was the good daughter who never gave my parents any trouble (that was me.) Above all else she is an incredible person. She always thinks of everyone else first and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. She is caring, thoughtful and so compassionate. Sista, you are far beyond Martha Stewart....You are Sista Stewart.
I cannot wait to see what this new time in our lives holds for us. I am dying for her to make me an Aunty and I am so looking forward to the day I get to announce to her that T and I will make her an Aunt. I know she is going to be an amazing mother and I am sure she will continue to teach me a thing or two.
Sista, you mean the world to me and I love you with all my heart. Thank you for being my cheerleader, therapist, wedding coordinator, marriage councelor, life coach and best friend. You inspire me far more than you will ever know. You are amazing! I miss you so much and can't wait for our tri-weekly trips to Target and Joann's again.
p.s. please hurry up with my wedding pics..thanks.
Let me share my favorite pictures of my sister with you..each has a fab story behind them!

Two Weeks Down
We have made it through two weeks of married life. I'm fairly certain we have no idea what the next 50 weeks are going to have in store for us. I'm quickly learning compromise is a big aspect of the married life and living together. My sister tried to warn me, but as usual I don't listen. Sista, you were right! We have a long way to go to learn to live in "harmony" with each other, but I'm looking forward to working out all the bumps and kinks that come our way.

The Big Day.
It is so crazy that two weeks ago today I was at our rehearsal dinner at this very minute. I have waited for this day for so long and I am amazed at how fast it all went. I can't believe we have been married almost two weeks already. I have finally collected some pictures from friends that attended our wedding to post!
First Kiss..Apparently I am trying to attack him at the same time
I really did love every single thing about our wedding day. I would only change one thing about the day, and that would be the location. I loved the beauty of the location, the food and the wine, but it wasn't worth the headache the venue caused. Needless to say, I would not recommend getting married there, ever.
The flowers turned out far more amazing than I ever imagined they would be. When I pulled up to the venue the morning of my wedding I saw the flowers being delivered and I gasped, I was blown away. I ended up getting the deal of a life time from my florist and she went way beyond what I thought I was getting. I can't wait to see the professional pics of my flowers!
My daddy giving me away
My sister was a huge factor in how my wedding turned out. When I lost my mind and wanted to do nothing wedding related, she yelled at me and snapped me back into place.(thanks Sista!) Not only did she keep me on track, but she went far beyond what was ever expected of her. She was the Craft Queen and handmade so many special, unique personal touches that were found all around our wedding. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and attention to detail. Thanks Sista Martha, my wedding would not have been the same without you, and neither would I.

I'm a Mrs.
Last Saturday I finally became a Mrs., and I couldn't be more thrilled! Our wedding day was more than I had imagined it would be. I always thought I would be so nervous and stressed out, and I was just the opposite. I was unbelievably calm, which is very unlike me. Everyone kept mentioning how ironic it was that I was so calm! Every single thing about the wedding was perfect and we all had a blast that night.
The day went off without a hitch and T and I are now husband and wife! We just got home from our honeymoon last night and we had a wonderful time. I am planning to write a review on both the honeymoon and our wedding vendors in the next few days. And hopefully some friends send me some pics of the wedding day that I can post on here. In the meantime I am bugging my sister every day for a sneak peak at my wedding pics (her boss was our photographer).
